The Flow Cytometry Core Laboratory provides access to state-of-the-art instrumentation and professional flow cytometry services to researchers at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania. Our staff has extensive expertise in surface and intracellular staining, functional assays, complex multi-color flow analyses, and cell sorting.
